An Oakland based traveling pizza party
Our story starts with Chef Jeffrey Amber—long time veteran and restaurateur in the Bay Area food scene who’s spent the last 20 years creating some of your favorite dishes at iconic local spots including Bi Rite Markets in San Francisco, Chow Restaurants, Mixt, and most recently known for developing the culinary program at Fieldwork Brewing Company.
Pizza always had a home in Chef Amber’s prestigious menus, and now, he’s gone off to share it with the people—pop up style! We’re introducing some of the most innovative pizza concepts in the Bay Area, keeping it seasonal, and handcrafting it beautifully on our long fermented dough recipe. Our pizza perfectly blends crisp and chewy—-it’s fresh, it’s alive! Our mission is to build community one pie at a time—whether it’s with local breweries, farms, or our loving customers—we want to feed the people!
